Do you Develop or Process Film?

No, we DO NOT develop or process film. We can however scan any film that has already been developed!

Where are you located?

We are located in East Memphis. We do not share our physical location online because we currently work out of a home office. If you text, call, or email us though we will share our address for any order drop offs.

How does this work?

Stated simply, you drop off your media you want to be transferred and we digitize it for you and give it back (originals included.) We have years of experience working with different mediums.

How long does it take?

It really depends on how large or small your order is. We can usually work around deadlines but in normal circumstances expect about 2 weeks to fulfill your order (unless it’s a print order - see next faq)

How long does it take for my print order?

Depending on how large it is, print orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 days. If you want it to be even quicker, please text us and we can see what we can do.

What is the largest size you can print?

The largest size we can print in house is 8”x39” but do not be dissuaded from ordering larger prints! We have a great partnership with a printshop that can do larger prints for decent prices and wonderful quality. It just takes about a week and a half to fulfill larger sized orders.

Can you repair broken tapes? Can you do same day orders?

We can do rush orders and repairs for an extra fee.

Should I drop everything off all at once or bring it in smaller batches?

We prefer you just drop it all off at once. It does end up being cheaper to drop it all off at once as well. We have quantity discounts depending on the service we are doing for you. In the long run, do what makes you most comfortable. If you would like to meet me first, let me know and we can set up a meeting.
