• Separate your items by type 

For example, Photos in one ziploc bag, Slides in another, etc

• Label each bag with item type and counted quantity

For example:

Bag 1 - 30 slides “Trip to Spain”

Bag 2 - 45 photos 5x7 or smaller “Grandma’s wedding”

We can put the digital media into separate folders with those bag names

• Secure your items in a strong cardboard box

Make sure to surround your items with soft padding, like bubble wrap or crinkled-up paper. The more secure it is, the better!

• Put your Name, Number, Email or Order Quote in the box 

This helps us know who everything belongs to when your items arrive

• We recommend that you ship via UPS or FedEx

It’s also strongly recommended to pay for tracking and insurance.

• We’ll notify you once we receive your package

• After we complete your order we will return your items to you 

The return shipping costs will be included in your overall bill
